Terms of Service

Última actualización: 30 July 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Vocalio. By using this website and joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What Vocalio is

Vocalio is a speech-practice app that helps you speak more clearly — reading to a steady beat, one syllable at a time, with a live mirror and real-time volume feedback. It is still pre-launch: this website is a marketing page and a waitlist, and the app itself is not yet available. There are no accounts and no purchases here. Vocalio does not use any AI or large-language-model service.

Not medical or speech-therapy care

Important. Vocalio is for general speech practice and self-improvement only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not speech therapy or a substitute for care from a licensed speech-language pathologist or other qualified professional. If you have a medical or speech concern, please consult a qualified professional.

Who can use Vocalio

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use this site and join the waitlist.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may email you about Vocalio's launch. We won't use your address for anything else, and you can ask to be removed at any time by emailing contact@vocalio.app. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your details.

Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe others' rights;
  • attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
  • submit the form abusively or with someone else's details, or misuse the service in any way that could harm Vocalio or others.

Our intellectual property

The Vocalio name, design, and brand belong to Vocalio and its licensors. Please don't copy, resell, or redistribute them.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that Vocalio will produce any particular outcome for your speech.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vocalio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Changes

We may update these Terms as Vocalio evolves — for example, when accounts, purchases, or the app itself launch. We'll change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
